The Jefferson turns into The Jane during New Zealand Fashionweek
In a city buzzing with the leading ladies of New Zealand Fashion Week, the acclaimed whisky bar The Jefferson reconnects with its feminine side through the temporary cocktail bar The Jane.
From the 29th of August until the 2nd of September, The Jane (aptly named after Thomas Jefferson’s mother) brings homage to women who’ve shaped history with a limited edition menu of whisky cocktails and various spirited events. For five days, The Jane is the spot for any style-minded, fun-loving woman. And of course, any man who wants to join the party. After all, the days when whisky was the preferred drink of men exclusively have long gone.

Tuesday 29th of August 7 – 8:30PM // Perrier-Jouët Champagne tasting
A tasting session led by acclaimed international bartender and champagne connoisseur Bridget Schmidt. Join this event to experience, explore and taste a selection of four extraordinary Champagnes including the exclusive Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque. Limited seating is available. Tickets ($80) include a welcome drink, a tasting session of four glasses of champagne and bites.
